All rented vehicles are covered by third-party insurance, including liability for injuries and damages to others, but the renter is responsible for any damage or theft of the rental up to its market value. Insurance is void if the driver is under the influence or violates road laws. Renters must refuel the vehicle to the initial level or face charges, and late returns incur additional fees. The vehicle must not be driven off-road or used for unauthorized activities. Renters are responsible for fines and must have the proper driving licenses. Reservations can be made online, via email, phone, or at company offices, with various payment methods available. Free changes or cancellations are permitted up to 5 days before pickup if paying on arrival. The rental agreement includes third-party insurance, roadside assistance, and other amenities.
