Insurance Coverage

All rates are NET, in Euros and INCLUDE VAT

Third-party insurance (3rd P.I.) for the vehicle is provided: in the event of an accident, our insurance company covers the cost of the damage you have caused to another vehicle.

No insurance coverage applies in the following cases:

• If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
• For damage to the underside of the motorcycle, the tires, and the rims.
• For accidents caused by a driver not listed in the lease contract.
• For accidents where the lessee has not informed Spiros Bikes company and submitted an accident report as required by Greek legislation, regardless of fault.

The hirer is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) of rented vehicles up to the market value at the time of the accident or theft.

Renter’s obligations

• The renter must return the vehicle to the rental company in the same condition as it was received.
• In the event of mechanical damage, the renter must immediately notify the rental company.
• Traffic violations and fines: All fines and administrative penalties are the renter’s responsibility.
• The renter must lock the vehicle whenever it is left unattended.
• Any delay in returning the vehicle of more than 2 hours past the due time will incur an additional day’s rental charge.
• The renter is not permitted to use the vehicle for racing, performing wheelies, or driving on sand.
• The vehicle may only be driven by the driver and individuals listed in this rental agreement.
• The renter is not permitted to take the vehicle outside the island of Corfu.

Fuel Policy

• Same to same: The tenant must refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level as when it was picked up. If the tenant returns the vehicle with less fuel, they will be charged for the cost of refilling the tank, plus a service fee.
• Fuel Up Front: This option allows the tenant to purchase a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental, enabling them to return the vehicle empty. The total upfront fuel charge is estimated based on current fuel prices and the vehicle’s average tank size. No refunds will be provided for unused fuel.

Rates Include

• Maintenance oil and greasing.
• Replacement of bike in case of breakdown.
• Helmets for the driver and passengers.
• Road map of Corfu.
• Unlimited Mileage.

General Conditions

• The tenant expressly agrees that our company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages suffered by the tenant or third parties during the lease period, and no claims may be brought against the company for such damages.
• The lessor company reserves the right to cancel the rental if it determines that the tenant is unfit to drive the rental vehicle for any reason.
• The tenant is prohibited from using the vehicle for racing, performing wheelies, or driving on sand.
• The vehicle may only be driven by the individuals specified in the rental agreement.
• The tenant is not permitted to take the vehicle outside the island of Corfu.
• Traffic violations and fines: All fines and administrative penalties are the responsibility of the renter.
• The renter must lock the vehicle whenever it is left unattended.
• The tenant must carry the rental agreement and their driving license while operating the vehicle.
• No refunds will be issued after the rental agreement has been signed.
• In case of an accident or mechanical damage, the tenant must immediately notify the lessor company.

Reservations & Payments / Changes & Modifications / Cancellations

• Any changes or modifications on confirmed reservations depend on the availability of our bike rentals. You may notify us through email.
• In case of cancellation the security deposit cannot be returned.
