Insurance is void if the driver is under the influence or violates road laws. Renters must refuel the vehicle to the initial level or face charges, and late returns incur additional fees. The vehicle must not be driven off-road or used for unauthorized activities. Renters are responsible for fines and must have the proper driving licenses.
